Options - Count and Measure - General

Use the Options > Count and Measure > General dialog box to make general settings for the object analysis. You can find an overview of the Options > Count and Measure dialog box here.

Target

Specify to which of an image's frames and channels an analysis is to apply, in the Target group. The settings in this group are only relevant when you're working with multi-dimensional images.

Count and Measure Options

In the Count and Measure Options group, you can save and load a variety of settings that you have made during an object analysis.

What will be saved?

The Options > Count and Measure dialog box's current settings will be saved for the following dialog boxes:

Segmentation

Detection

Measurements

Classification

Display

Results

 

The method for setting thresholds, the actual thresholds values, and the applied classification scheme are also saved. Additionally, the current object filter is also saved. This process saves all of the currently existing settings in a parameter set.

Click the Load Options... button to load a previously saved parameter set.

Click the Save Options... button to save the current settings as a new parameter set.
