Selection Tool

Use this button to select an object of your wish in the active image. Only when an object has been selected can you move or edit it.

You will find this button on the Toolbox toolbar.

How do you select an object?

First, click the Selection Tool button. Then simply click the object that you wish to select.

Objects in the live-image

When you are in the live-image and have switched on the intensity profile or the focus mode, you can use the Selection Tool button to move or edit the image segment you're using for this.

Drawing objects

By using the Drawing toolbar, you can insert various drawing objects (texts, ellipses, lines, etc.), into the active image. With the Selection Tool button, you can select and edit one or more drawing objects.

Measurement objects

Your software offers a wide range of measurement functions. With the Selection Tool button, you can select and edit measurement objects.
