Click this button to have the annotations in the Annotations tool window displayed in a list. You will find this button in the Annotations tool window. List entries, are all of the markers, text commentaries, audio commentaries and "Views", that have been defined in the Annotations tool window. All annotations will be listed once only. Switch to the tree view if you need to have an overview of which position belongs to which "View", or of which text belongs to a position. You can carry out the following activities directly in the annotation list: Displaying a particular position in the image See also Displaying a particular position in the image1.Doubleclick on the required image position in the Annotations tool window's list. 2.In the image document, the marker belonging to this position will be shown in yellow, while all the other markers will remain red. 3.Should this position be outside the area of the image currently being displayed, the zoom factor will be automatically changed. Then the complete image will be displayed. 4.Should the marker be located in a "View" the image segment and the zoom factor for the image will be automatically set as they have been defined in the "View". Renaming an annotation1.In the Annotations tool window's list, select the annotation you want to rename. An annotation can be a position, a text annotation, an audio annotation, or a view. 2.Press the [F2] key on your keyboard. 3.Overwrite the annotation's name and click the left mouse button. Deleting an annotation1.In the Annotations tool window's list, select the annotation you want to delete. An annotation can be a position, a text annotation, an audio annotation, or a view. 2.Press the [Del] key on your keyboard. Note: When you delete a marker, you automatically delete all of the text or audio annotations that are linked to this marker. Therefore, if you want to delete a position, you should switch to the tree view , so that you can check out which annotations are linked to this position. Deleting all of the annotationsYou can also delete all of the annotations in the current image with one command. To do so, select any annotation in the Annotations tool window, then rightclick to open a context menu. Use the Delete All Annotations command from the context menu. 2902 |
