Overview - Settings for automatically created names

When an image is acquired, your software allocates it a default name. For instance, the first image that your software acquires will be named, Image_01 by default.

You can change the settings for some of these automatically produced names. To do that open the corresponding dialog box in each case:

Customizing document names

In the All Options dialog box, define the name to be issued when the image is acquired. A description of this dialog box can be found here.

Customizing directory names

You can specify that your images are to be automatically saved after their acquisition. In the Customize Subdirectory Name dialog box, specify where an image is to be saved after its acquisition. A description of this dialog box can be found here.
