You can export the results of an analysis, and in this way archive your data, or use it for other purposes. You can find the buttons for exporting on the Count and Measure Results tool window's toolbar. Depending on which results view is currently active, a variety of document types for exporting the data will be available to you. Exporting the results in an MS-Excel file and saving them1.Carry out an automatic object analysis on an image. 2.In the Count and Measure Results tool window, select the table with the measurement results you want. 3.Click the Export to Excel You can find the button in the Count and Measure Results tool window's toolbar when you activate a results view with a measurement sheet. 4.In the Export Object Results dialog box, assign the sheet a significant name, then save it in the required directory. •The XLS file type will be automatically chosen. Alternatively, you can also export the data as a TXT file, by choosing the TXT file extension when saving it. •The structure will be adopted from the sheet in the results view. The arrangement of the sheet's columns will therefore be retained, just as the column headers will. •The MS-Excel sheet can be edited just as any other MS-Excel file can. Note: MS-Excel files can't be opened by your software. This file format is suitable, when the file is to be opened with other application programs. Exporting a histogram in a chartWhen the Class Histogram, or the ROI Histogram results view is active, you can export the histogram. 1.Carry out an automatic object analysis on an image. 2.In the Count and Measure Results tool window, select the results view with the histogram you want Class Histogram for example. 3.Click the Export to Chart You can find this button in the Count and Measure Results tool window when you activate a results view with a histogram. •No connection exists between the histogram in the tool window's results view and the chart. When changes occur in the histogram in the results view, the chart won't be automatically updated, but will have to be newly created each time. •The chart is shown in the document group. The chart's name will be Class Histogram + <serial No.>. 4.Select the File > Save As... command and save the chart using a descriptive name. •The OCT file type is preset. You can only open this file format with your software. It is, obviously, therefore not suitable for using to exchange data with other application programs. 5834 27112014 |
