Delete Measurement Object

Use the Delete Measurement Object button to remove the selected measurement objects. You can find the button either in the Measurement tool window or on the toolbar.

You can select one or more measurement values in the list of measurement values displayed in the Measurement tool window. For the selection of measurement objects the standard MS-Windows conventions for multiple selection are valid.

Removing measurement values from the measurement display

1.Load or activate the image containing the measurement values you want to delete.

2.Make sure that the Measurement tool window is on display. If necessary, use the View > Tool Windows > Measurement command to show the tool window.

3.In the list, select all of the measurement values you want to remove.

4.In the Measurement tool window, click the Delete Measurement Object button.

5.All of the measurement values that have been selected will disappear from the list. At the same time, the related measurement objects will be removed from the image.

Note: You can restore deleted measurement values step by step.

Deleting measurement values in the image

1.Load or activate the image containing the measurement values you want to delete.

2.Make sure that the Measurement toolbar is on display. If necessary, use the View > Toolbars > Measurement command to make this toolbar appear.

3.Click the Select Measurement Objects button. In the image, select the measurement objects you want to delete.

4.Press the [Del] key on your keyboard.

5.All of the selected measurement objects in the image will be removed. At the same time, the corresponding measurement values will disappear out of the measurement display in the Measurement and ROI tool window.

Note: You can restore deleted measurement values step by step.
