Use this dialog box to look at data pertaining to your camera. In particular, you can see your camera's current temperature here and so check the camera cooling.
Opening the dialog box
You can open this dialog box, for example via the camera control. In the Camera Control tool window's toolbar, click the Acquisition Settings button. Select the Camera > Information entry in the tree view.

Chip temperature Housing temperature |
The Chip temperature field displays the temperature as measured directly on the CCD chip. The operating temperature should be 10°C. |
Having a look at the system information
Click the System Info... button to view varied information about your software and your operating system. If needed, you can send this information to our team in the Customer Service Center.
