Chart - Series

Use the Chart dialog box to set the appearance of individual charts. The settings will only apply to the active chart. You can open this dialog box via the context menu. To do so, right click in the active chart's document window, then use the Chart Options > Chart > Series command.

Note: The appearance of a chart will be saved together with the chart file.

Data Series

Some charts show more than one parameter at the same time.

In the Data Series group, all of the parameters will be listed that will be displayed in the chart. You can select every parameter individually and set its appearance.

Title

Click in the Title field and change the parameter's name. The name of the corresponding parameter will be adapted in the chart's caption.

Color

Click on the Color field to open a color table. You can select one of 16 possible colors in the color table. The line or the bar for the parameter will be correspondingly changed in the chart.

Line

Click on the Line field to choose the line style for the display of the parameter. The line for the parameter in question will be correspondingly changed in the line chart.
