Click the Text Annotation button to insert a text annotation for a certain image position. You will find this button in the Annotations tool window. See also Working with positions and views Entering a text annotation on an image position1.Either select an existing marker, or set a new marker on the image. 2.Click the Text Annotation 3.Enter a name for the annotation in the upper field in the Text Annotation dialog box. The text annotation will later be displayed under this name in the Annotations tool window. 4.In the lower field enter the text and format it using the buttons in the dialog box.
5.Close the dialog box with OK. 6.The name of the text annotation will be displayed in the Annotations tool window. Note: You can also save a text comment for the whole image (i.e. not only for individual positions). You do this in the Note field in the Properties tool window. Viewing an existing text annotation and editing it1.Select an existing text annotation in the Annotations tool window. 2.Click the right mouse button to open a context menu with the Edit... and Delete commands. 3.Use the Edit... command to open the text again with the Text Annotation dialog box. There you can add to, or edit, the text annotation. 4.Use the Delete command to remove the selected text annotation. 2895 05042013 |
