Annotations - Sort Order

Click this button if you want to sort all of the annotations in the Annotations tool window. You will find this button in the Annotations tool window.

The button is only available in the list view. Click the Annotation List View button to switch to the list view.

Selecting the sort criterion

In the list view, click the column header that you want to use as sorting criterion. You can use the name of the annotation, the time that it was created, or the user who created the annotation as criterion. A small arrow in the column header shows you which sorting criterion is active.
