Background Correction

Use the Process > Enhancements > Background Correction... command to correct the background intensity in a fluorescence image.

This function for correcting the background intensity is operated exactly the same as described for the Process > Enhancements > Background Subtraction... command. However, please note that the image resulting from the two functions are different because different algorithms are used for correcting the background intensity.
