When you acquire images with your software, not only will the actual image data be saved, but also numerous acquisition parameters, such as the exposure time. This information will be saved along with your image, when you use the TIF or VSI file format. Use the Acquire > Reload Acquisition Settings command, to read out the acquisition parameters that have been saved from a loaded image, and to let your system use them again. If the acquisition parameters can't be used on your system any more, you will receive a message telling you that. 6118 17042013 |
