bb_fullscreen Maximize to Screen

Use the View > Maximize to Screen command, or press the [F11] key when you need as much room as possible to display a document. You can use this command for every supported document type. You will find an overview of all of the document types that are supported here.

What happens in full screen mode?

The full screen mode displays the active document in the maximum size that your monitor allows. The user interface will be completely faded out.

The document's active zoom factor will be adopted, i.e., an image that is displayed in the document window with the zoom factor 50%, will also be displayed with a 50% zoom factor in the full screen mode. The difference is, that in the full screen mode, you will see a larger segment of the image.

Navigating in full screen mode

Before you maximize the image window, switch to pan mode. To do this, click the Pan Tool button on the Toolbox toolbar.

Rotate the mouse wheel to change the zoom factor of the image in the image window.

Because you're in pan mode, you can press the left mouse button to move the displayed image segment.

Switching the full screen mode on or off

To switch to the full screen mode, use either the View > Maximize to Screen command, or press the [F11] key.

To switch off the full screen mode and return to the normal user interface, use the [Esc] key, or click the Exit Maximized Screen button.

bb_fullscreen Maximizing the live-image to screen

You can also maximize the live-image. To do this, click the Maximize button. You can find this button on the Camera Control tool window's toolbar.

The Fullscreen layout

Use the Fullscreen layout when you want as much space as possible for the display of documents. The fullscreen layout enlarges the whole document group and not just the active document.

In Fullscreen layout, the upper section of the Camera Control tool window stays displayed to allow you to acquire images in full screen mode. The tool window is transparent so that you can view as much of your image as possible.
