Keyboard Map

The Tools > Keyboard Map... command will provide you with a list of all of your software's commands. Together with these commands, all of the predefined keyboard shortcuts will also be listed.

Selecting a group of commands

To help you keep track of everything, all of the commands are allotted to a functions group. Select a specific group of commands from the Category list. This will limit the amount of commands shown, to a reasonable number. Select the All Commands entry to see all the commands that are available.

To print out the active list, click the Print key map button. A dialog box, in which you can choose your printer settings, will be opened.

Click the Copy key map button, to have the rows in the list that have been selected, copied to the clipboard. You can then paste the list from the clipboard into another application program, e.g., MS-Excel.

Before you click the button, select the rows that you want to copy. Hold the [Ctrl] key depressed and click the rows you want. Or, hold the [Shift] key depressed and click on the first and last row that you want to select.

Re-sorting the list of commands

You can re-sort the list any way you want. To do so, click the column header that you want to use as a sorting criterion.

For example, clicking the Keys column header, will enable you to quickly select all of the predefined keyboard shortcuts and copy them into the clipboard.
