System information

Use this dialog box when you need to see any information about your software and, when necessary, to send it to our Customer Service Center's team. To open the dialog box, use the About command in the Help menu.

Advanced system information

To do this, click the More System Information button in the About dialog box.

The System Information dialog box contains a variety of lists with information about your system. It also contains information about your computer and its operating system.

Click the Save Customer Support Information As... button to have all of the system information saved in the SysInfo.zip file. You can choose the path in which you want the file to be saved. Include the SysInfo.zip file when corresponding with our Customer Service Center. This makes it easier to process support requests.

Select the System entry in the tree view of the dialog box to get information about your operating system. There, you can see details about the computer's equipment and its configuration, as well as about the operating system's settings and components.

Select the Camera entry in the tree view of the dialog box to get information about the cameras connected.
